An evening by the lake, exactly as it should be. Good food, good company, live music – and enough time to enjoy all of it.
The evening begins with an aperitif and flying snacks in the hotel lobby. Then it's through to the restaurant – at your own pace. The menu is served course by course, the evening unfolds, and just before midnight we raise a glass together.
The Menu
Flying snack and aperitif to welcome you, followed by a six-course menu and a glass of sparkling wine at midnight.
Drinks are ordered separately from the menu. Please let us know about any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking.
