Jan´s Restaurant
Flooded with natural sunlight, a casual atmosphere and a fantastic panoramic view over the Titisee. In Brugger’s Orangerie you will be served traditional Black Forest cuisine and international culinary trends. A double experience for the eyes, when you look up from your plate you get to enjoy the vastness of the Black Forest and the tranquillity of the Titisee.
Halb Board
Our half-board menu is not a compromise – it’s a carefully curated four-course dinner. Daily changing, seasonal, and prepared with the same attention to detail as our à-la-carte cuisine. For those who want to enjoy the evening without having to choose – but with full flavor.
Lounge Bar
Our bar is made for relaxed evenings – stylish, unhurried, and with a certain charm. Selected spirits, creative cocktails, bold whiskys, and local beers form the core of our selection. Whether as an aperitif, to end the day, or simply because: we serve with care, advise with intuition – and pour drinks you’ll remember.
Breakfast
In the morning, the scent of fresh coffee, warm pastries, and Black Forest honey fills the air. Our breakfast is thoughtfully selected – with homemade touches, regional products, and everything you need to start your day right. External guests are also welcome.
